Make a positive impact! As the Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of psychological and behaviour support services to families who have a child with additional needs via direct service provision and by providing support and supervision to a team of practitioners.
Koorana Child and Family Services is entering a growth phase and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to recruit, build, lead, coach and support a team of practitioners, providing our clients with quality service, while also supporting the new opportunities Koorana is creating.
You are a Psychologist with several years clinical experience. Having developed a wide range of skills including the ability to engage and lead teams in multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary practice approaches, the ability to provide clinical supervision and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your experience in delivering therapy within natural learning environments and working with children with additional learning needs are critical for your success in this role.
