  • You have a right to a support person or advocate when lodging feedback (including complaints and compliments) with Koorana.
  • Koorana gives an unreserved undertaking that there will be no adverse consequences if you make a complaint.
  • You may provide feedback or make a complaint anonymously, but if you wish to receive a reply or know the outcome of your complaint, please provide your name and contact details.
