Koorana Child and Family Services is a community owned organisation committed to the provision of high quality family support, early childhood education, and intervention services to children and families across Sydney’s Inner West, Canterbury and Bankstown regions.
Koorana is seeking an experienced, people-focused Receptionist to work in our Belmore. The Receptionist will be the clients first point of contact for Koorana and is responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service when greeting people over the phone or in person
* Undertaking general front desk administration
* Contributing to general organisation wide administrative support
Candidates are required to have exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; proficiency in working with a range of computer applications and client management systems; and knowledge of office management processes. We’re seeking a well organised person who brings a positive and proactive attitude, and has empathy with Koorana’s philosophy and an understanding of children’s and disability services.
