Join our team as a Preschool Office Manager
Koorana is seeking an experienced, people-focused Office Manager to support the organisations overall administrative functions generally, but specifically with our Lakemba and Roselands Preschools. Responsibilities include but not limited to, reception, general office administration, client contact and enquiries, records management, and client’s fees.
Candidates are required to have strong administration, customer service, computer and problem-solving skills, exposure to WHS, a drivers licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. We’re seeking people who are exceptionally well organised, who bring a positive and proactive attitude, and who have empathy with Koorana’s philosophy and an understanding of children’s services. A knowledge of Qikkids is an advantage.
