Preschool Office Coordinator - Full Time, Immediate Start

Koorana Child and Family Services Inc. is a community owned organisation committed to the provision of high quality family support, early childhood education, and intervention services to children and families across Sydney’s Inner West and South West regions.

Koorana is seeking a full time, experienced, people-focused Office Coordinator to support the organisation’s overall administrative functions generally, but specifically in our Lakemba and Roselands Preschools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, general office administration, client contact and enquiries, records management and processing client fees.

Candidates are required to have strong administration, customer service, computer and problem-solving skills, exposure to WHS, a drivers licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. We are seeking people who are exceptionally well organised, who bring a positive and proactive attitude, and who have empathy with Koorana’s philosophy and an understanding of children’s services. Knowledge of QikKids and experience in Early Childhood Education centres preferred.
