Our Vision

Our vision for the future is to build on our current strengths to become a more far-reaching and influential organisation.  Koorana will continue to provide flexible and responsive services to families and children, which reflect our deep commitment to an inclusive and holistic approach to early education, intervention and family support. We aim to meet our community’s needs by extending our services where we can do this in a sustainable way; influencing others through our philosophy and exemplary practice; and by continuing to develop ourselves in innovative and resourceful ways.

Koorana will continue to strengthen its relationships within the community and with a range of partners. We have achieved a more resilient resource base through diversifying our sources of income and community support, and through building the capability of our staff, management and Board of Directors. From this position, Koorana will expand its reach into the Local Government area of Bankstown. Koorana will also continue to be a well known and well respected organisation which values its staff and volunteers and which seeks to empower all those who use its services.
